- The hotel was beautiful, with a lovely private beach and 2 nice pools. The location was perfect.
- It is close to downtown
Cons -
- Customer services not at all satisfactory. Went a full day without clean up 0f room and no drinking provided for two days in room despite request Pre booked and call front desk three times to send Also no microwave facilities to warm up stuff!!
- The staff were rude and service less than great. Be prepared to wait longer if you do not tip more than the required 15% that is automatically charged for EVERY purchase
- Reservation staff was not helpful in streamlining our two reservations, requiring us to check out, store our bags and re-check in later. There were also a blinking light (smoke detector?) and a bright thermostat that made it difficult to fall asleep.
