Clean room. Good breakfast options
Room temp was hard to regulate. Parking lot and sidewalks were covered with ice/snow. Ongoing construction.

The location is excellent and the shuttle service to the airport is excellent too.
The bar and restaurant area is not welcoming, the room darkening curtains were ripped and had holes and the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is not at all reliable.

Staff and shuttle drivers were great! Our room was spacious and clean.
We had a morning shuttle to the airport. We went down to have an early coffee before leaving. The tables were not clean. Last night's drinks and snack were still out. Not a clean spot to sit unfortunately.

The staff was above and beyond friendly. They greeted us, told us about the amenities the hotel offered, and asked if we needed help scheduling a shuttle for our travel day. The rooms were spacious and reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, check in was quick. The shuttle to the airport was on time. Good variety for a breakfast.
Water in the fitness center needed to be refilled.

The room was very nice and quiet, cozy bed, probably the best bed in a hotel I’ve stayed in, the shower was nice and clean as well as the bathroom overall, breakfast was good too
Parking was a big problem, the parking lot is too small for that size of a hotel, the whole area was full, the staff told us to park in the rear lot in a fire line area
