Cons -
- Mattress so so. The 4 pillows on the bed all the same. Often they are different so you can choose which one you like.
- They had computer problems when we got there. So check-in took a little longer. I also did not receive my merits points for this stay because of the computer problems.
- The toilet flooded and all of our clothes were ruined. The staff would not wash them, and the washer for customers was broken. We were without a room for a few hours in the middle of our stay as well and were offered no compensation for this
