I stayed here as Delta Airlines cancelled my International Flight to Amsterdam. Found it as a good location to spend a night in MSP. Very close to the airport and Mall of America. Clean and nice rooms. The restaurant was nice and open late. Good food and good service, although a little pricey. The staff was welcoming, but overran as Delta was sending a bunch of passengers to stay there. The woman at the guest services was kind and helped me with some booking issues and the use of Delta Vouchers. I would stay here again if looking for an airport near the MSP Intl Airport or MOA. I also liked that they have a free shuttle that takes you to and from the airport.

Staff were polite. Pool and fitness room are well appointed. Shuttle was efficient.

The room was so unclean. Bathtub, floor, bedding, bedside table so sticky and covered in watermelon seeds. The entire wing smelled of chemicals. Thankful the window opened and it was a very short stay.

The staff was welcoming and efficient. I didn't have to wait too long for anything. The location is wonderful because of the convenience of getting on the interstate, or going to The Mall of America. We appreciated the shuttle service. The housekeeping staff was excellent.

The pool was cold and even began to overflow at one point. The ice maker was broken on our floor. It was a long walk to the room for a family with kids and luggage.

Our trip was for the Cubs game and Mall of America so this location was perfect. The rooms were great. Clean big and cozy. It's a great location. We use this location for park and fly as well.

Our elevator was kind of hidden

Very convenient location! The reason I booked here as well. Not only close to the airport, but also mall of America and outlets. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Not much of an issue but more of a recommendation - hallway could use some renovation as well. First you walk in to this nice lobby and it looks all nice and new. then you got your room key and walked in the hallway that leads to your room - there sure was a condition difference
