The Hotel is in a great location, easy access to the mall and highways. The room was clean and we definitely made use of the kitchen area, since we have food allergies in our house. Breakfast in the morning looked amazing. All the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. I’m sure we’ll stay again.

Pay attention to your booking of this hotel. If it doesn’t include free parking they will charge you over $10 for parking.

Great staff, including a very attentive and professional manager. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great. I will be booking again.

Not a big deal, but maybe a bacon option instead of sausage each day and also honey available for the teas.

They double charged my card as far as the stay,,, staff called me ghetto,,, charged me for parking twice even though I stated we only had one vehicle a lot of miscommunication they didn’t know how to handle the 3rd party booking took about 45 minutes to get checked in due to this

The breakfast was very good. Had a small buffet and other breakfast items to choose from. Room was clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was awesome. Didn’t need to find parking to go to the MOA.

Our room was not ready by the 3 pm check in time. Our rooms were not close to each other they were on completely opposite sides of the building.

The location was great! Right next to the Mall of America. The room was nice.

We didn’t like that the free breakfast ended at 9:30 instead of 10 and there was never any waffles or bananas. Our pillows were super flat and not really comfortable.

Location and comfortable rooms

Our room was near the courtyard. They play music there 24/7 and it kept us up the 1st night. The 2nd night we used ear plugs and it was better.

The location was perfect. The room view was great. Enough space with all working amenities. Pool was cool. Breakfast ok. Morning staff was nice mainly Hannah. Checking in nice and easy.

Furniture looked worn and stained. Bedding was clean with an worn bed spread but mattress was very uncomfortable. Shower curtain looks old and worn. My other room pretty much the same and the toilet back up from the 1st flush. Don't know what happened but they clean and sanitize it well. I've been to one Homewood Suites in Hack Cross Tennessee and it was nice but I wouldn't come here again.

The location was excellent and very easy to get to. The MOA is right across the street, and the hot breakfast included was very convenient.Rooms are nice if you have kids since there's a door separating the bedroom from the living room.

Unfortunately when we checked in our room smelled of old expired food (like someone left rotten produce in the fridge) and when we asked if they had any air freshener they simply responded "sorry we don't" we couldn't get a different room because the hotel was completely booked. The room was not very clean and there were stains on the chairs.
