The location is great! The staff were kind and helpful! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding with flight changes and needing to linger a bit! We will definitely stay here next time!

I liked everything about this hotel. Comfortable, Cozy, Clean and excellent customer service! It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Transportation to/from the airport and the Mall of America was very easy. They use App to let you know when the driver is approaching so that you do not have to wait in the cold. Highly recommended and if I come up next trip - I would like to stay here. Breakfast was simple, but was good enough for me.
I cannot think of any. Room was quiet and had a great vive. I did not use gym or pool so I cannot comment on any of them, but looked good.

Great location and free shuttle. Very clean and decent-sized room.
I did ask for a wake-up call and didn’t receive one, and they told me that doesn’t always work.

Rooms re sacious and beds are comfortable
The fact that we have to pay for parking ehen staying at this hotel when the price of the booking reflects a good amount.

The bed was perfect, pillows were amazing, room was cleaned every day and the front desk staff was phenomenal. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area but my expectations were pretty average as I just wanted a place to rest and sleep but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return the next time I go back to Bloomington.

The location is great. Very close to the mall and walmart. The hotel was clean, room was good. Breakfast was okay

Great location
The window shade was broken away from the wall and the overhead bathroom light was not working. There was a caribou coffee sitting on the floor by the bed. I don't know how housekeeping missed all of these items. I told the front desk about the bathroom light and blind. However, nothing was fixed. I checked in Sat and checked out Monday.
