Clean rooms. Modern and spacious. Practical. Good heating and heater was quiet. Good indoor swimming pool. Good location. Excellent breakfast.

Parking cost extra, $16 per night. Internal wall insulation could be a bit better.

Of all the places we stayed on our 10 day trip to Glacier NP this was by far the best facility for the price. The room was amazingly quiet, clean, well appointed, and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable we had the entire trip. The check-in staff were outstanding and helped my wife print out our boarding passes that was a process because the connected printer did not work. The waiter we had for dinner was amazing and even comped my wife a glass of wine. This place rivals any expensive motel/hotel!

The only negative was the $17.50 parking fee which was not disclosed on Booking! However, when added to the low cost of the room it was still the most reasonable accommodations we had over our ten day trip!

The staff were nice. Location was great.

Bathrooms were a little dirty. Beds were not very soft.

The servers were down the entire weekend so we couldn’t get room keys made so staff had to bring us to our room everytime you needed to get in your room

The food was cold and cooked the day before and we couldn’t even get in are rooms we had to be escorted by unknown strangers to are rooms and I believe they where not even workers that took us ti are rooms

Unexpected charge for parking.

The hotel seemed like a newer building. The lobby was very clean and so was our room. The beds were very comfortable and there were multiple ports and outlets for all of our devices. It was within walking distance from the Mall of America and the Literail public transit system. There were amenities like a pool and fitness room, however we did not utilize them. I would categorize the breakfast as above traditional continental. They served eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and French toast on our first morning with eggs, Canadian bacon, hashbrowns, and pancakes on our second morning.

I called the property a few times and got mixed feelings regarding service. The first individual was a male and very pleasant while the second was a female and was very short. We felt the same short unpleasantness at check-in as well but could not verify if it was the same individual. There is plenty of parking on-site but they still charge $15 a day. The sink in the bathroom was only hot water. When we tried to go over to cold it would go to a trickle and only be lukewarm. Later on our second day, there was no hot water, however, this was remedied by morning. The TVs went out at some point on our second day as well and we were never notified as to why or what went wrong.

No nighttime noise as a whole, clean carpets, and an overall uplifting atmosphere of being safe

Did not like the fact of having to pay $15 for nighttime parking
