- The manager responded to my concerns in a timely manner and was genuinely a nice person.
- The owner, Ronita, was very kind, considerate and diligent.
Cons -
- There were stairs and more stairs to get to the apartment. When it rained the stairs became slick and my partner fell down the stairs. Mosquitoes were everywhere, and I was bitten a countless number of times. We ended up moving after the third day.
- Both beds were in the same room.
