- Majority of the staff was friendly until we had to engage the manager about the bed bugs. The owners of the pool bar were friendly.
- Beautiful location on beach with great view. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons -
- We had to deal with the issue of bed bugs. When we bought it to the attention of the hotel, they only provided a room change and told us that it was mosquitoes. They did not follow the protocol that Ive researched when they were informed of the problem.
- Restaurant was good but had limited options.
- The pool bartender was extremely rude to me, almost indifferent to my needs. i was told by front desk (after walking from room to front because the phone didn't work) that i could not pre-schedule a golf cart pick up for our 2 couples ahead of time and ne
