  • Location,Location! Heart of Old San Juan;easy to find;convienient.Elevator to Reception & rooms. Staff friendly,accomodating.Cleanliness & Internet good,all areas of hotel.Price low,got what paid for.Luggage room before/after Ck In/Out!Security good!
  • Great location on Old San Juan one of a very few places available on a day of (as my flight has been delayed)

Cons -

  • NO; windows in room;Thin walls,heard conversations; hot water after 9 AM;thermostat in room; temperature below 70 ALL the time! Bath/hand towels:no facecloth.TV required help (several times) to connect/turn on; get English speaking channel!No room phone.
  • Freezing cold in a room Bathroom door doesn't close very poorly cleaned
