This small guest house is less than 2 blocks from Condado Beach. The guest house offers free Wi-Fi. Casa del Caribe features air conditioning and cable TV in every guest room. - The pictures that I saw were deceiving, nothing like the actual room. The room was for 7 or 8 people,the furniture didnt look clean, kitchen looked like it was falling apart. The room was more for young people wanting to crash after partying all night

Cons -
- No, the common area was too dark, we couldnt see where we were going. I kept apologizing to my family. Thank God I only booked it for a night. This is more for young adult or adults that want to party all night and have a place to crash.
- it was not handicap accessible as indicated it's located off a busy road with no sidewalk or shoulder to pull over to unload . you have to find your own parking blocks away that only rents by the hour and you can't park on the streets around the hotel
- The rooms the floor all everything is old and a lot dust
