It was quiet, clean Very comfortable bed and pillows Freshly ground coffee
The room was clean

Cons -

Noisy caged ducks and chickens right outside our room window. And a leak in the ceiling that ran into the hallway and caused ceiling tile to break and fall.
Staff jeot offering stuff they did not have. She asked if we wanted a king or queen room, I said king, she said oh we don't have that. Each question she asked us she ended up saying oh we don't have that

Awesome bed, comfortable, checked in late and had no problem with it. Super nice for still being under construction
