- Location, great staff-always super friendly, room clealiness, proximity to stores, resyaurants and attractions
- Convenient way-point for our trip to FL.... Allows dogs and has a good breakfast by hotel standards. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- We stay here every couple of months so we can visit our grandchildren. We always stay in one of the suites. The employees are very accommodating, friendly and the hotel is centered nicely. Also, the pool was fantastically warm and we appreciated that!
Cons -
- Decor in the room could use some updating
- Didn't seem like there was any plan to plow the area after 3-4 inches of snow.... that may be common in WV - upstate NY is much better equipped to deal with snow.
- Yes, I did not like that our room was right next to the exit door. It was extremely noisy. I will not ever stay on that end again (Bob Evans side). I will forever request the opposite side.
