How clean and how big the room was

The bed was a little to hard for us

Location

Room smelled like cigarettes. Had issues with checking out (apparently, night clerk didn't check us in so they can't find me on the system). I was also charged "no show" fee since it appeared I did not show up.

Close to restaurant and grocery store. Room well appointed with microwave etc.

No milk at breakfast time. Surprised a staff member could sort this by going over to the store to buy some.

It was in the area I needed to be in. Plenty of parking and convenient to stories and restaurants.

The room dingy and cramped bathroom. The staff was not friendly at all. The lady at the check in desk was outright rude. Saturday evening we passed the clerk at the main door. She had a cigarette in her hand. She didn't come back for 1/2 hour later.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Quality at an affordable price.

Excellent location for my purposes. Staff friendly and helpful, free breakfast included decent coffee and fresh fruit, which I like. The cooling system worked well as did the blackout drapes so I slept well. Free wifi and room refrigerator also included.

TV remote did not work well even when batteries were replaced.

Close to venue, quiet, inexpensive

Shabby, room smelled like a dog had been in it.

We love the location of the hotel. It is close to eceryth8ng and our family.

The room smelled of smoke which it seems the hotel is aware of since they placed air fresheners in the vents but have made no real attempts to rid the room of the odor. All of our clothes and belongings smelled of smoke when leaving.

Air conditioning worked on very hot days. Hot water fine. Bed linens fine. Breakfast similar to others with 2 stars.

Office staff indifferent to fostering positive interactions. Adequate but disinterested.

The hotel is clean, the staff were really friendly, AND IT'S DOG FRIENDLY! We came out for the fireworks at Antietam National Battlefield, and this was a perfect spot to stay. Nice, clean, quiet spot with a good breakfast.

Location price and cleanliness

refrigerator needed replaced in the room I was in.

If you just need a place to sleep for a few hours this works. Don't expect anything more than a low-budget experience. And at least I didn't see any bedbugs.

The mildew smell.

Bathroom in single king bed room. I have never seen anything like it. Corner bathroom. To enter the bathroom you had to SQUEEZE between the wall and the door to get in. And we are thin people. Heavier people would not be able to get into the bathroom

Location, price, efficient a/c and free breakfast.

The room smelled of mold and mildew and we had to use essential oil spray to help with this.

Clean,Breakfast had hot Waffles, Eggs ( Pre cooked But Decent) Sausage, Donuts, and a lot more, Better then average for a free Budget hotel Breakfast. Room was Quite, Bed Comfortable, Staff Friendly and Helpful. Close to Shepherd Univ. Pizza Shop Nearby

The elevator was great as we were on the third floor.

The air conditioner heater in our room didn't work, the waffel maker did not have clear directions on it.

Coffee maker did not work. TV only worked when the hall light was on.
