- The girl at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly when we checked in. It was such a nice feeling.

Cons -
- I really did enjoy are room and would have given a higher rating if the shampoo and hand soap would have been filled in our room. We travel a long way in a snow storm and wanted a bath but could not because there was no soap in our room.
- bathroom smelled a bit musty. everything in the room was clean though and that was good.
- The room floor had not been vacuumed. Went to front desk to ask to send someone. They said they would check to see if anyone was there to vacuum. Went out to eat and shop for a couple of hours and room did not get vacuumed. Also, trash beside couch.
