Location was great if you?re checking out WVU.
Management was professional
Loved the historical character of the hotel, from the concierge to the rooms.

Cons -

We flew in for a quick trip to check out the University, no car. Would have been very nice to have a shuttle. Looked like only valet parking, could be wrong though. Needs a major update in the rooms. Quite small and claustrophobic.
Heating unit in the room was constantly going on an off thaw the night keeping me awake
The vent filter was dirty so couldn?t run the ac all night

Loved the historical character of the hotel, from the concierge to the rooms.

There was no coffee maker or kettle for hot water in our room (for tea, etc.). We also did not have any hand soap, only body wash from the shower. Parking was across the street and we had to pay $10 to park overnight.
