- The staff was very nice. They sent out text messages before, during, and after our stay to see if there was anything we needed. It was also very clean.
- Efficiency...
- Hotel staff friendly and accommodated request for early check-in. Room is adequate. Views from room could be better.
Cons -
- The hotel was great. I just blame Morgantown for having so many potholes in the roads...the road this hotel on leads into Morgantown on a very windy, crater-filled road...so I guess location is the only thing...but not a deal breaker at all.
- The clie tel ha ging around outside...made us very uncomfortable Strong air freshener smell in room and main areas
- TV and TV channel selection is awful. The microwave is bigger than the TV and the channel selection is mostly news stations if the channel worked at all.
