- Staff goes out of their way for u. Clean and quiet
- Staff very friendly, Room clean and comfortable, buffet breakfast was good.
- The location is good, nice to have in-room kitchen
Cons -
- There were a couple of stink bugs like other reviews, we had 2. Rooms have a smell to them, tried 3 rooms, all of them had a smell. This is not an 8+ hotel it's a 7-7.5. The hotel has signs trying to get higher ratings all over saying that below 8 is an F
- Staff.We had prepaid 2days. Wifi was down so checkin was manual. Next day,got back late&key inactive-told we had been chk.ed out@5pm but not sure by whom!!Rm.not cleaned & our bags still in the rm.Had 2 make them give us clean rm.&let us in 2 get bags.
