- Very clean, comfortable, and walkable to all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Elkins. The historic presentation and interpretation in the art on each floor was a pleasant surprise!

- The Restaurant. Terrible food.
- Had to watch ads for "free" wifi. Happened several times during our stay. That's a cheap move by the hotel. The noise carries between floors. We heard a drunken domestic dispute above us, followed by loud puking.
