- This hotel took my reservation money and still has yet to give it back. The Knights Inn in Ghent, WV is a worthless hotel who's staff didn't express any concern for myself or my party. I will be going to corporate to deal with this issue.

- When approaching the hotel to check in to my room, the manager walked outside to open the door to tell me he didn't have any rooms for my group to stay in. Even though there were at least 10 rooms without the lights on, he continued to deny me.

- Entrance was horrible . Website didn't tell us that a adult novelty store was beside it sheets were dirty and the room was hot.

Next to adult superstore. Parking lot is terrible...mostly mud and potholes.
