Cons -

Elevators took an excessive amount of time, rooms are small, rooms are dated, breakfast area was small and packed.
Hotel is great but their housekeeping staff is LAZY! I stayed for 7 nights and asked that my room be cleaned daily. They did a half job- completely forgetting to service my room one day- leaving trash and dirty towels. Completely unacceptable!
The guy and gal front desk people were rude and I?d never return to this place. They should not be working with customers.

Great location
