- The bed sheets had cigarette burns, the room had an odor, the hallway smelt like curry, the walls are so thin that when the phone rings next door we can hear it, the towels didn?t smell clean.
- The heating/ac unit was extremely noisy, even when turned off.
- I can see dust almost anywhere, cleaning need some improvement
