- Garbage spilling out of the trashcan coffee was cold swimming pool was closed and then open then closed TV not working. Someone was supposed to come up. We ended up figuring it out ourselves. Nobody ever did come up to address the situation.

Cons -
- check-in, told the pool was closed leaving for an event, bunch of kids in the pool, party going on desk clerk said the pool is open. Pool closed in the morning sign on the door very unhappy we could not use the pool but a private party could
- Bed quality and pillow quality was poor. Food was not good - moldy muffins and bread, cold "hot" water for tea, juice dispenser and waffle maker was broken or not working.
- No instruction on the kind of confusing shower. I had to google how to get the shower to turn on as it isn't common faucet set up. (tub turns on easy, how to get the shower to spray isn't obvious)
