Room that we were changed to was much bigger!

Cons -

It's awful. Do not spend your money.
Was not what I expected when I booked. Booked a hypoallergenic room and there was no such thing. Room offered was clean though and comfortable. No breakfast to speak of. Made me very leery of booking online from now on.
No elevator to second floor, no breakfast, no wifi, AC unit was extremely loud and when put on quiet it was still loud, if turned off the room became very warm!!!

Was not what I expected when I booked. Booked a hypoallergenic room and there was no such thing. Room offered was clean though and comfortable. No breakfast to speak of. Made me very leery of booking online from now on.

Room that we were changed to was much bigger!

No elevator to second floor, no breakfast, no wifi, AC unit was extremely loud and when put on quiet it was still loud, if turned off the room became very warm!!!

The staff was very kind and ran to the gas station to buy ice for me... Because their ice machine was broken.

The advertisement was incorrect (there is no continental breakfast). The management booked our room closet to the door, with the ice machine pushed against one of our room walls, with snowmobiles right outside our window, directly underneath other visitor
