- it was clean and comfortable
- The staff person accommodated our needs.
- Clean with an excellent shower for a handicapped person perfect for my wife who uses a wheel chair

- Iwe were on 2nd floor and there were no elevater
- No housekeeping! I was told at check in that I would have to let them know when or if I needed housekeeping, I scheduled twice but nothing. Very frustrating and disappointing.
