- Mold on all of the fruit at the continental breakfast and mold all over everything in the pool area. Beds were also uncomfortable.
- The front desk attendant didn't look like he knew what he was doing. They couldn't find my reservation at first. Then, in the room, the HVAC was so loud I had to turn it off. Half my group was already asleep and didn't want to disturb them.
