- Thought location was Hyatt Regency
- The location was excellent; the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The Valet parking attendants were very accommodating, friendly and helpful in subzero weather conditions. The front desk staff was always available to assist anytime of the day or night. I arrived late in the evening and left during the very early hours of the morning and everyone helped me.
- So close to Fiserv Valet service was great
Cons -
- Bed was not supportive - too soft
- Housekeeping was asked to assist with an issue in my room in the morning before I left for the day. Upon my late return, I came back to my room that was never cleaned and the requested items were not there. I had to request the towels and bedding and change my own sheets after a long, stressful day. I was disappointed with that service.
- When I was looking for rooms I had wanted two queens. Had to settle for king size bed
