Pros +
- The staff were very accommodating and truly friendly - not just plastered on smiles. There's always (and I mean always) someone who's ready and willing to help.The breakfast is more than enough to prep you for the day. They have complimentary coffee, decaf and tea available the entire day - which was unexpected and most welcome in the winter cold.
- The staff was exceptional. Very nice and attentive. Rooms clean.
- Clean and spacious room. Loved the hot breakfast and staff was very accommodating. I will come back next time I am in town for business.

- The coffee could do with a bit more of a kick.
- The pool could have been cleaner
