  • Location
  • My family and I had the most amazing time! We swam and relaxed! It?s basically a resort with the 3rd Street Market being connected! We never had to leave!
  • Staff was kind bc and helpful

Cons -

  • Spills on dresser and nightstand. Poo splatter in toilet seat. Old toilet seat. Refrigerator needing a cleaning. Was not given any information about the hotel except for parking. Was not informed about breakfast etc. Supply toiletries for two people.
  • I didn¿t feel the cleanliness of my room specially was up to snuff. The bathroom was dirty.
  • The floor of the room needed to be vacuumed, as there were bits of food left on the floor. The shower drain was clogged and we had to alert maintenance.

The staff was great! I would specially like to highlight at the front desk. Top class customer service from hotel employee! The location is great for anything you want to do downtown Milwaukee!
