- Location was convenient to the concert venue we were attending. Beds were comfortable.

Cons -
- Very old hotel with only 3 floors. Parking is across the street in a very small lot and still costs an extra $20. Elevator door was tiny and narrow, as was the elevator. Bathroom was not clean, drain didn't work. Had to ask for soap at desk. Very noisey!
- The floors were filthy, hotel Manager had use evicted from our room at 3 am. 4 girls with 2 men knocking on our door demanding that we open the door to sign a piece of paper. We asked for identification, and they did not have any..wearing puffy jackets
- The room was dirty, desk clerk hit on me as I checked in, NO POOL as advertised, crazy guests causing issues I received a partial refund for my stay.
