The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location was only a few minute walk from the concert venue, and the lot was pretty secure.

Cons -

No

A vent fan in the bathroom would help after showers, and it takes a few minutes for the hot water to kick in but not a big deal.

There was some amazing views near the hotel. But nothing exactly about the hotel it's self.

Improper hot water, they had signs everywhere saying run the hot 5-10 before using it. No towels in my room to take a shower. No heat in my room, they had a portable heater. No ac in the room again a portable unit.many "improvements" but it all looked bad
