Very brand new hotel, clean and very well located

No room service and restaurant opened by night

The complimentary breakfast with waffle maker was good! The location was awesome. Not too busy, and the parking was convenient and easy to navigate.

Breakfast options were the same all 3 mornings of our stay, weekday and weekend included. Breakfast wasn’t restocked even when there was more than an hour left of breakfast hours. Difficult to transport to room given the ceramic bowls and metal tableware. Needed to-go options for cereal and utensils at least. The cable tv broke while we were there, and we managed to fix it ourself due to maintenance not being present. Concierge staff should have basic knowledge of troubleshooting small things like the tv and air conditioning. MAX was a channel offered but gave an error code no matter what I did. Asked for it to be fixed on day one and day two but never happened. Maid services were given 1 out of 3 days of our stay, despite the room being available to clean. I understand it isn’t needed to be deep cleaned daily but changing the full trashes, giving clean cups and towels as needed, and making the bed would have been nice. No trash liners in trash cans. Hairs found in bathroom and on fresh pillowcases on arrival.

The breakfast was fantastic!! One of the best ever. The location was great!

The shower had no handicap bars to grab on to and the shower head was too high for any adjustment unless you were very tall.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of food. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff and clean quiet room. Checked in 10:30 am. Convenient location within a short walk to the Whole Foods, Target, and other stores. Easy to find street parking. Non sweetened oatmeal with your choice of nuts, dried fruits, honey, sugar, cinnamon, etc.

The fridge temperature was set to maximum coldness, so drinks and our food got frozen. Salt added scrambled eggs which were too salty for me.

Convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of food and was well stocked. The common areas were clean and there were an abundance of places for groups of people to gather. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay at this hotel again.
