- Great staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. A very important feature is the ability to park and leave bags before check-in. Front lobby is conducive to meeting with friends from the conference
- Ambiance, proximity to State Street, welcoming friendly staff
- Awesome location, very interesting decor, warm and welcoming staff, great beds
Cons -
- Please inform guests about the $15 credit towards purchases
- Fitness room is very small and due to COVID would only accommodate one guest at a time
- Female bartender on Saturday nite and female coffee barista Sunday morning
