Excellent desk staff upon check in. Great location.

Comfortable clean rooms. Stayed here two different occasions and was really satisfied with the quality of rooms. Hot breakfast is always hot and good. Quiet when I get back from work and throughout the night.

Beds were comfortable and room temperature very good.

Very dirty. Needed a good cleaning. The cops present at the hotel at my time of check in wasn¿t good either.

Location was good. They kept the sidewalks and parking lot clean while it snowed.

The room was dirty. There were fingerprints on the mirrors. The repairs were poorly done and obvious. Dated furnishings. Windows were drafty- you could feel the cold breeze in winter. It took the staff several tries to find a room that a key would work.

Price and location. Close to restaurants, shopping and highway.

Ate breakfast toward the end of the time frame and had little to choose from.

The thing I liked best about this hotel was the quiet room, not a lot of outside noises or from other customers.

Some of the floors were not clean. The dining area was not well-kept. When wanting to check out in the morning, I waited at the front desk for close to 10 minutes. Another customer graciously went to find the manager or someone to be of assistance to me.

Location, price, great value for the price. Would definitely come back. No complaints.
