Pros +
- The woman who ran breakfast was very friendly and clearly hardworking with the busy morning. She was a bright spot during our stay.The fire alarm was also set off while we were there, so we know the system works, which is good. However, there was no direction or communication from staff about what was happening, what the cause was, or whether it was safe to return to our rooms. We only heard from another guest that “someone burned popcorn.”
- Location and room itself was nice , bed was comfortable.
Cons -
- The second-floor carpet remodel was not disclosed to us and the hallway was in terrible condition. The old carpet had been ripped out and we had to walk on the old, sticky padding to get to our room. Our shoes were literally sticking to it.The bathroom shower was also dirty, with hair left on the shower walls from previous guests. The elevator was filthy as well; I didn’t even want to touch the buttons.I’m fine with a 420-friendly environment, but the smell of marijuana throughout the hotel was very strong and overwhelming.
- 1/2 the little waterpark didn’t even work,kids running the halls and playing on the elevator..
- Ni heat in the pool room the night we stayed so we didn't swim as long and that is what we came for. Everything else was great.

It was dirty the whole room .we left a day early. No refund. It was horrible
