- Decor. Absolutely lovely!
- Hotel itself is charming and unique. Parlour for morning coffee was a nice space. Restaurant food was excellent. Location downtown and close to the river was great. Nice, helpful staff.
- The location and staff were very nice.
Cons -
- Common areas were a little dark.
- We had some maintenance issues in our room that were not fixed quickly or at all during our 5 night stay. Free coffee tokens were supposed to be left by housekeeping, didn¿t happen 3 nights. Lobby, lounge and parlour area were cold.
- Our room was very cold and the heat didn't work. The exhaust fan in the bath didn't work either.
