Pros +
- I liked the staff at the front desk; very friendly people. Also, the hotel was clean & aesthetically pleasing with modern updates - my room was very nice.
- The EV chargers, the bar service and the convenient location.
- Everything was clean, comfortable and location was great. There was not enough or very comfortable seating in the room.. also, we wanted to watch the packer game on TV and could not get it on. Tried to call front desk to get some assistance but nobody was there to help
Cons -
- I didn't like the bed mattress - could have been more comfortable; it was a little on the stiff side, and the pillows were just okay. Also, I was disappointed that the bar was closed at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on a Sunday.
- Our room was just off the lobby and there was lots of hallway traffic noise, including a barking dog. 'Figured out how to set the HVAC fan to run all the time for "white noise" so we could sleep. Housekeeping was a little sketchy and the shower water temp was sometimes chilly.
