- It was right off the highway
- The room itself was nice and big, perfect for a family of 5 (3 kiddos).
Cons -
- The pool and hot tub out of order
- The pool was closed and has been closed for over six months and there was nothing on Booking.com about the pool being closed they have no continental breakfast, even though it was advertised as they offer it I got locked out of the back of the building through one of the exits because the lock fell off the building as soon as I scanned my card to get back in the Wi-Fi did not work The Netflix on the TV did not work. we are traveling with two small children what’s the whole purpose of us booking this room was for the pool in continental breakfast
- When I made the reservation there was no advertisement of the pool being down. We picked this hotel based off the pool area and then for it to be closed was very upsetting. When it was brought up to staff, we were lied to about getting passes to a nearby water park and basically told there was nothing they could do about it. Then, the day we checked out, we had no hot water!
