Upon arrival I got upgraded for free to one of the biggest rooms available. Pleasant surprise for a single father traveling on a budget. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and slides.

We're NOT running the water slides advertised on their website. Game Room was just a pingpong table, nothing else. Pool area was littered with leftover toys, headbands, broken goggles. TV stations were blurry and full of static. Woke up to OPEN ROOM DOOR
We love this hotel. The water park is just the right size for us. Enough to keep us entertained for a mini vacation( 1 or 2 nights)
