- They have really worked with me to keep my mother comfortable and she can have her little dogs

Cons -
- They almost charged me double for my room, and when I was checking out they pushed me to drop my room card in the express checkout box, and I had to call to get my $50 room deposit back. I just thought they were very unorganized.
