Staff are friendly, and accommodating. We were upgraded to our room to a suite, which really made our stay much more comfortable.The pool, game room and gym were all clean, with plenty of towels available.Complimentary breakfast was hot, and a good mix of foods. They even had dairy free option available.
The only downside was my husband and I went down to the lobby for a complimentary coffee. While my husband was getting his cup ready, the bartender cut around us to fill a drink he was making, therefore, leaving none for my husband.

We loved the spacious 2 bedroom suite. It was clean with a very nice kitchen and 2 balconies. Nice view of the lake, and the location was close to 2 Nice restaurants. Good location with easy access to freeway.
Not a major issue, but the in house chef called in sick and there wasn't a back up chef to keep the in hotel restaurant operating with food service during our evening stay.

Excellent location, clean place ,staff friendly and professional.. food delicious
The sofa Bed need more improvement. Unfortunately I slept there, and is not comfortable and my back hurts. Need more cushion it was so flat. Sorry ?
