Convenient location, adequate parking. Close proximity to convenience store, restaurants, freeway and airport. The room was as expected, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. Coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Quiet except for loud humming of the air system in the room.
The shower rod was not installed properly. shower curtain would be ineffective, causing an excessive amount of water to leak on the floor. This was an annoyance and also unsafe. I also observed mold in the bathroom shower area. There was construction at the time, outside as far as I could tell. But in the hall on the 3rd floor was a hole in ceiling and pieces of ceiling tile in a pile underneath for the duration of our visit. Seems like an obvious eyesore and easy enough to clean up but it was not tended to in a timely manner.

The shower didn’t work and the outlets were so loose it was hard to plug in our devices. No continental breakfast.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful ~ the price was good. The room was clean.
Needed a small coffee pot and coffee in the room. Not convenient to get dressed and go downstairs.
