- The staff.
Cons -
- Morning desk clerks not as pleasant as evening crew.
- The elevators were out twice. The 1st time I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs w/ an artificial hip. The 2nd time, we waited in the lobby for almost 3 hours Not good
