- The location of the hotel was very convenient and allowed me to access the downtown area easily and get to the bus line quickly. The staff was friendly. The air conditioning worked very well.

- The bed was advertised as a queen but it was a full. The sheets did not fit the bed and would come off in the middle of the night. The smoke detector was ripped out. The carpet was coming up. The windows didn't have screens. Surfaces weren't clean.
- The rug needs a very good cleaning or replaced. There was period blood on the floor and no attempt to clean it.
- Location was scary at times.
