Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the wood floors instead of carpet.

The location is not great. There was no parking garage or designated parking area that felt particularly safe - just street parking or a ridiculous $65 valet fee. The rooms are also weirdly narrow. If someone were standing at the foot of their bed, you couldn't get past them. For the price, it would have been nice to have a reasonable amount of floor space.Also, the bathroom's lighting was very bright with no dimmer option, which made it challenging to get ready while others were still sleeping.

Clean room with nice facilities. The bed was comfortable.

The location, although not bad, is not near most tourist attractions. Still, I was able to get around town with scooters.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel shows very well, with beautiful spacious rooms. The staff were excellent, including the check-in desk and lobby area. We also were provided with a very early check-in which was much appreciated. Location was very handy as well. There were also a couple of excellent take-out options nearby for baked goods, breakfast snacks etc.Would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

At this price, having breakfast included would have provided better value.

Well, the price was a bit excessive but I guess that's Seattle.

I love the convenience of the location. I felt like the area was relatively safe, and the building was secured. I couldn't believe how quiet it was inside the room. I didn't hear any strange or loud noises from the inside. The building is beautiful and modern inside and out. Our room was small but beautiful and clean, big enough for the two of us.The breakfast (which I usually don't eat at hotels) was actually delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I have no complaints. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I come to Seattle.

It was a beautiful hotel. The manager and Gloria tried to repair a horrible experience the night before and got me a resolution, which I really appreciated. Our room was really nice and our bed was very comfortable.

Our flight in was delayed. I previously had left a message on booking.com that our flight wasn’t going to be in until 12am, to which I was told that wasn’t a problem. After two flight delays, we finally arrived at the hotel at around 3am. Keep in mind I had already paid for that night and the next night. The staff told us that he had cancelled our stay, as we were too late, and that we had no place to stay that night. We had to go to a hotel a few blocks away and pay for that night there. We were told that is the “policy.” Please explain how anyone would know this policy? I did not see it advertised. Also, the main floor smelled really fishy.
