- Nothing, because they informed me the night before that my reservation for the next day would be canceled due to a break up with Marriott.

- Cleanliness. The place smelled like it had recently been deep cleaned. I liked that.
Cons -
- I spent over two days writing emails, making phone calls and texts trying to get the code numbers for a second room I reserved. There is no front desk or person to help! It's all all electronic/ digital. It's a very small room And it's expensive!
- I didn't like Sonders charging my credit card, especially since the day before they told me they couldn't honor my reservation due to theur break-up with Marriott. I booked through Bookings.com for the first time. I haven't heard whether Bookings will issue a credit for the mistake yet. That was 4 days ago.
- It was like a really nice youth hostel.

No elevator! My room was on the 5th floor! Come on! A fifth-floor walkup in downtown Seattle?
