Pros +
- Been to this hotel a few times and each visit has been great. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
- Very clean
- It was reasonably clean and no sign of bed bugs.
Cons -
- It does not have a spa or hot tub and I was specifically getting a hotel for that reason I was so upset about it I really needed to relax in a nice hot tub. There was a pool but it was filthy and the bottom was chipping off pieces
- The bed was terrible, it was comparable to an old sofa bed, it didn't have a box spring, the mattress was lumpy, the bed skirt was messy since it was partially tucked in under the mattress. Your 2.5 rating is way too high!
- Room keys did not work. Initially given keys to a room that was not cleaned. Evening shift staff left night shift staff alone on first night there stating he had plans. she could not check anyone in, change our room to a clean one. Grave shift was late.
