The location, cleaning and the staff
Location. Coffee shop in lobby. Rentals. Big shower.
We enjoyed the games in the lobby. We did not see TV instructions but were too busy to watch much. Hammock was fun and boot warmer was nice. Great location & comfortable bed for two with a nice big shower. Nice coffee shop with great staff...

Cons -

There was no bathroom in the room, was my fault for choosing the wrong room.
No welcome packet in room with parking pass. No Wi-Fi password or front desk phone number listed anywhere. Room was very impractical. We had to take down a hammock in order to move around the room and watch tv. No hairdryer. Must have at 19 degrees out.
Thin walls but ear plugs are provided

Comfortable, in all aspects of the word. Loved the casual, yet professional attitude and service. The hang out spaces are tidy and simple, clever and fresh. Being able to take our dogs is also a big plus! The coffee in the cafe is excellent!
