Pros +

Location and free breakfast.
The hotel was clean and very charming with German decor. Nice breakfast served by hostess.
Great location and the owner/manager was friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons -

There was no comfortable seating in the living room part of the room. Wooden benches are not comfortable. The room had an old hotel room smell. Not worth the $--- a night cost.
No elevator up 3 floors. Location was noisy with loud vehicles and party goers late.

Breakfast didn't start until 8:00 AM which was too late for our plans for the day.
