- Filthy public areas. Paid for King size bed but got a queen size. Hallway was filthy when we arrived on Friday night and just as bad when we left on Sunday morning. Bedside lamps did not work, missing covers on some electrical outlets, bathroom fan NW.
- The shower had not been cleaned. There was hair on the shower wall and a used wash cloth hanging from the shower rod.
